I'm a Cosmetology Instructor interested in finding different ways to motivate students. I've been in the industry for many years and recently decided to teach. After taking the course ED112, I realized that as a new Instructor I've gone through many of the same feelings as the students. I practice the things that I'm not comfortable with so that I feel secure in teaching those subjects. I enjoy being on the clinic floor and the interaction between student and client. I always remind the students that they are just learning and we all make mistakes, but we learn from them.
