Learning about the role of myster shopping, of which for many years I was unaware of who they actually were, reminded me of blind studies, of which the company or healthcare laboratory being studied are unaware of the specimen they are examining, and the outcomes of such laboratory procedures renders results onto quality control and practices complied. Mystery shoppers are that blind study sample, presented to the company in order to unbiasly observe and conclude customer service practices and efficiency in running their businesses to the standards that satisfy the general population.

As an instructor and a professional student, I have experienced both sides of how complex information is presented to students. Effective interpersonal communication with department leaders and cirriculum writers is crucial in ensuring that the course content is comparable with other institutions, in addition to, comprehendsable to student level, background and experience.

Modern technology has bloosemed into a discipline of interconnectivity between the general population and business/corporation owners. While following customer trends alots for specificity in meeting customer needs, there has be an margin of breaching of confidentiality in order to establish such specific trends.Thus, following customer trends needs to equally consider meeting customer needs and confidentiality.

Once I am shown the function or visual connection between the content I am learning, in conjunction with hands on experience, both the experience and learned theories comes alive. I have learned a great amount of skills for this forum, in utilizing varying methods of learning to suite all students and obtain optimal learning. Michele West-Lax Forum 4 Response Not having an extensive teaching experience, I utilized instructor skills and methods from professors of the past that I enjoyed. Upon walking into the classroom, I smiled and greeted students as they walked in. Once class began, I introduced myself, gave a brief background about my experience and skills, gave contact information, and then had the students introduce themselves and give a reason why they choose their area of interests. Michele West-Lax Forum 2 Response I have found that as an instructor, I have compared and contrast textbooks to decipher levels of complexity. If needed, I will access whether the text explains a theory in too little detail, which can induce obfuscation within the students. Thus, during my instructional teaching, I will add some information taken from other sources into my lecture, to fil in any possible gaps or confusion that the currently used textbook can induce.
