Hello,

My name is Candace Jefferson (Phillips is my maiden name). I do not know why the system insists on autofilling "Phillips". Moving on, I am a mother of 2 children, and I work full time at ITT Technical Institute as an admissions representative. I was an adjunct instructor here at ITT before I moved into this position. I absolutely love everything about teaching and the reason I gave it up is because I can not afford to work part time only. However, I am still looking to teach part time at other colleges, since ITT does not allow hourly employees to do both. My interests lie in my family, which is a given. Career wise, I love being in the sector of higher education! I am so passionate about helping people pursue their education, as I was a person who had odds completely against me. I no hold a BA in Psychology, and MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and I will begin working on my PhD in May for Business Psychology: Consulting Track. My goal is to continue to teach part time, but also to obtain a higher position within the sector of higher education.

Best Regards,

Candace Jefferson
