This course focused on as an instructor I will be focusing on career development. The technical knowledge will be transferred to a more comprehensive format. As adult students have a wide range of experience and motivations coming in to a program, this will differ in the fact that you are teaching individuals from different backgrounds and experience as say younger students. Development in teaching strategies will be an area to continue to focus on.
