Raymond, Thank you for your outstand forum post. Your dedication and understanding of the students needs will carry you far. Cindy Bryant
Raymond, It is good to know that instructors understand that not every student is prepared when they walk in the door. Cindy Bryant
Kristen, Great Job! As long as the account visibility applies to everyone you are in great shape. Pell eligible students are a protected status. Cindy Bryant

Joseph, Hi! My experience has been that in conducting interviews the student has to feel comfortable and at ease. Ask open and closed questions to create variety. Allow the student to remain anonymous. Avoid long labor intensive surveys. Cindy Bryant
Joseph, I love the idea that you are provided a a 'step by step' guide to guide you. This helps to keep you in compliance BUT it is only as good as the user. :) Cindy Bryant

Nelson, Encouraging students to complete their own research does two things; 1) allows them to see what other schools or doing and 2) indicates that you have confidence in your school and what it offers. thanks for postining in the forum. Cindy Bryant
Jeanne, Referring prospective and active students to the right department is a great way to ensure compliance. Any time you can refer to an expert in the field I recommend to do so. Bravo! Cindy Bryant
