Michael, There are many points of view on a position within an institution. It is impossible to have a full understanding of every position within a school but If everyone understood the basics of each position within the school they would be able to provide students with a consistent message. Mabel, This is an excellent point to consider. Students could be compelled to give a testimonial because of the levels of authority and power. But more often than not my experience has been that happy students are more than glad to talk about the good things they have experienced. Cindy Bryant

Stacey, Let's discuss 'owning our mistakes' since this is an area that can have an effect on all of our lives and livelihood. Instructors are people just like their students and it is hard to say that we have made a mistake for a variety of reasons. The first one I would mention is that as an instructor we believe that we are supposed to know the answer to the question, not always true.
