i like getting to school early so i can make a positive atmosphere for the students greeting the students let them know your prepared for them and removes barriers.

being professional in the classroom should be consistent. students can recognize forced behavior. we as instructors should be an example for our students to reflect us in the workplace. 

depending on the individual i would determine which method to apply. some students need both

giving the students control is a method for retaining information i enjoyed this module and I'm looking forward to applying this method to my classes

real life application is the key to retaining material

creating real life situations really helps with keeping the students focused. money also helps

keep students engaged with fun activities and challenging task.

if we engage the students in a friendly atmosphere and have fun and laugh at mistakes but promote learning we can keep them interested and continue to grow.

I believe we must first care and understand where the students are in life then we can teach them affectively. our main goal is to help every student that we encounter. we can't save everyone, but we can at less be supportive.
