My name is Carlyne Etienne. I am the director of the Advanced Health Care Institute, in Tamarac, FL. I work full-time at the school and work part-time as a registered nurse. I am a part-time student, going for my MSN. I am a very busy person. I am taking this class to increase my knowledge of how to manage my school and to better serve the clients.

Admission requirements must be followed at all times. It is the first step to gain admission to the school.
I have learned to answer the questions carefully. And if the student asks you for information about the school, you should be able to provide the information with honesty

Fair Consumer practice is very strict on how we do advertisement . we must follow the rules.
I have learned today that, admission requirement must be followed all time and applicant must meet all the requirement before attending school.
I have learned that an agent can work outside the school office. An admission staff training program is required for all staff, and it is a continuous education that we must attend annually.
