This is very important for admissions representative to know their schools policy towards transfer of credits to another institution. Make sure your representatives and not misleading the students concerning this issue and they know exact information about transfer of credits.

Student services is a benefit for our student and admissions representatives need to make sure all students are completely aware of all of the services the school offers to help the student throughout their education. A good way to make sure the student understands these services is to introduce them to each department to get a better understanding.

Make sure enrollment is filled out completely and the student understands and signs the agreement. Make sure to give a copy to the student for their file. Enrollment agreements must contain certain information on them.

All of these standards are very important for all employees at the institution and should be valued by each employee. The three that stand out to me the most are professionalism, integrity and the compliant culture. All of these standards lead to successful students, faculty and staff.

Its not worth to discuss another colleges reputation to a prospective student. However, it is worth focusing on the schools benefits with the student to make sure the student is fully aware. The prospective student will repect the fact the institution does not provide negative feedback about a competitor.

Make sure to give accurate information to a student and if you are unable to answer a students question make sure to ask another employee to get the accurate information. Answering a question incorrectly is misleading to the student and not putting the student's best interest first.

Remember this allows us to contact interested students in another form of communication.
