All the techniques required to implement motivation and autonomy in a team, must be implemented. A team that has a clear vision and also has the quality to self-regulate, is a team with which you want to work. But this should be constructed specifically by the team leader. It will never get your hands on a team as you dream. A team is a sum of personalities, actions, decisions and building their leader. Hence the importance of being a leader focused on a clearly defined vision
While I do my course I have been applyng in my job the methods of planification and I got the conclusion of the importance of planning in work. When you organize ideas and use methodology applying charts or some strategies to develop a project, the results is gong to be a succes. sometimes this results are negative but when it is a consecuence of a good application of methods or working planning , you can take advantage of the situation.

Which may allow greater retention of students is consistency between what is offered and what is delivered. Many schools offer services which are not trained and that leads to a student dissatisfied and disappointed which is undoubtedly the worst damage that can happen to an institution. Disappointed students do not return to classes and spread their disappointment quickly becoming a viral rumor very difficult to fight

A leader must have a very clear vision. The only way of passing, inspire and succeed as a leader, is showing that we have a clear path and every time we make it easier for our team.
