Paying attention to student behaviors and addressing them head on can save time and energy later on. 

Learn different ways to engage the students in the course and hold them accountable for their actions

One thing I learned was the note taking after class about how the class went. What went well, what didn't go well. I would start to incorporate that to improve as an instructor and teacher

I learned that is not about changing the student in order for them to do better. It's about understand their environment and seeing how we as instructors make adjustments to help the student perform better on exams or just in the classroom

Addressing the communication is important for both students and instructors because this helps with facilitating expectations and boundaries for students and the instructors

I learned that texting should be for messages that are short and straight to the point I.E. reminders. Expressing texting professional is important will start asking my students what way works for them

When it comes to online courses, engagement and teamwork should continue to be the main goals because these are key aspects the students will be utilizing in the work setting

I think I am going to start incorporating guest speakers into the clinical setting and lecture setting
