I like the strategy to handle center-stage students.  Very helpful!

I have done some of this naturally, but it was good to get concrete examples on how best to relate to the students, create interest in the class and manage their expectations.

It is true that the teachers I remember the most were the ones who engaged with me and got to know me.

It is challenging to handle disruptions to the flow of the class when you cannot look the disrupter in the eye.  It is important to know your policies to help the class stay on track.

Although a different environment, there are ways to lead the classroom and connect with the students online.

I have learned that it is important to review all aspects of the CMS to ensure I understand how best to help the student understand t the content I am instructing and the technical needs that may arise.

Using it to prompt good concept questions and activities to help the students learn.

Positive of AI is the potential as a creative learning tool and the negative is the possibility of cognitive decline.
