I really liked the Ice Breaker Activity; paper plane idea was great. I think I’m going to start doing this at the beginning of the semester/quarter (possible the first class) with hopes that the class will define themselves as a group versus individuals.

I have been working in the health care industry for over 25 years and consistantly modeled myself/the positions ive held, the employees ive mentored/managed to the highest level of compliance. Policy & Procedure processes have had a huge impact on the day-to-day activities and compromising, still to this day, is unacceptable. Its a great feeling to see that Delta carries such high standards, which makes me proud to be apart of that reputation.
