Skipped this learning module intitially realizing later that if I took the first 6 and passed them that I could receive a certification. What is great, is that I have completed the ed102, 3 and 5, so ed101 was easy and almost like a review because of the reiteration of topics and content throught all the following courses. Found it very helpful and a good review of educational SOP's modled by my contemporaries in the educational institution I work for.

I can start to implement these time management skills immediately every day a little at a time so that I can be a more beneficial employee and individual. I think probably one of the main determinates that diferentiates successfull people from the unsuccessful-besides obvious talent, knowledge and skills-is time management. Someone can have all the talent skill and knowledge in the world but if they don't know how to organize it and implement it effectively then it will not avail in the long run.

Though there is no hard scientific evidence that this 40 year old approach has substantive impact on the learner, seems to me, as a fellow educator, that the method is simply another tool to facilitate the student/instructor relationship and is not meant to be a substitution for loving or commanding your subject and content. Would we still be debating this idea 40 years later if there was no merit to it?
