In this training, I learned the importance of interacting with different areas of the institution to gain a more complete understanding of its structure, policies, and procedures. This helps clarify my role within the organization and how student services are connected across departments. I also value the opportunity to experience the institution firsthand, as it strengthens my ability to guide prospective students with greater clarity and realism. Finally, I understood the importance of student services and institutional marketing, which must always be applied ethically and in compliance with current regulations.

In this training, I learned that the role of an admissions representative goes beyond enrolling students, as it also involves ensuring they receive clear, complete, and compliant information.
