We need to be empathetic to the students and their needs, making sure we are able to help our students make the best decisions with information that is transparent and fair.

we must be transparent to the student in order for them to achieve success. we must make sure that everything we say is in compliance withe the school so we can foster trust. 

make sure you ask for help as to not misrepresent the school. be knowledgeable about the schools catalogue 

Always stick to the facts, using superlatives can give an unintentional misrepresentation of the school. 

Being transparent is key to insure no misrepresentations are made, students should feel your excitement and commitment to them even when you are not face to face. 

The Triad of Regulations is put in place to oversee the education process and to know the outcome of the students in their programs 

A culture of compliance means that we have built trust that our institutions mission statement is carried throughout all interactions with the students.
