How can we achieve good results from people if they do not gone through situations that would have assisted them in the thinking process to solve problems?

Not everyone can think in a critical manner to get the right result in working out problems.

I would like to learn more on the objectives of organization for the short and long term goal settings.

If you have so many issues on your plate at once, it is hard to determine which one to focus on.

Growing up I had learning issues myself. It as hard for me to sit in the chair for hours on end listening to the teacher talk about the lessons of the day. She then gave me the option to stand at my desk or in the back of the room to listen to her. It made a great difference and my grades got better. How says you have to sit to learn.

From time to time the instructors have lazy eyes when we are in front of the classroom with our students watching. At times I know we are worried with the expressions from our students if they like the content that we are going over.
