It is important to hire faculty with experience in the industry for online courses.

In order to devolope and offer new programas and continuing education courses we need to evaluate the competition, ask employers, alumni, students and the community.
The institution has to do things in order to develop and offer new programs. Continue education can generate resources for the institution. We need to think about it and evaluate the competition i n order to offer new courses.
I have learned a lot. How to gather information to evaluate new programs and redisgn others. As some colleges wrote, it is not easy to develop new programs.
We have to be careful when want to add new programs. It is no easy and requieres a lot of planning.
Interesting. The 10% of the tuition for marketing was new for me. Also the analysis of the leads. I have prepared budgets but not in a big scale.
This section was very interesting but not easy to apply. Each university has a different organizational chart. I will work on one that is for an online University. I have learned about the Human Resources, advisory board, library and physical space.
This section was new for me. Really I learned and understood everything about student service planning. I think that University’s staff don’t give the importance at these area that is critically for the sustainability and reputation of the University. In this way we accomplish the mission and vision of the University.
