Activity

All the academic criteria for an accreditation process are: curriculum, faculty, learning resources, student support services and institutional effectiveness and assessment.  We need to write be transparent and sincere when writing the self study. 

It´s very interest to understand the language of the standards and how each agency  present the standard's criterias.

I have learned abouthte Standards, the basic elegibility standards, Regional and National Accreditators, the importance of the language of the standards and the typical standards. The tables that you provide is a important tool for our accreditation process 

I have learned type of accreditation and their scope.  Also I know a little more about Accreditation phases and report  that the institution must save (institutional self-study report, accreditation visit team reports, and commission letter of notification.

Everyone in the School  is involved in creating and sustaining the culture of compliance

Giving wrong information to a student is  non compliance. 

We have to provide accurate information to students and prospects.

We need to be accurate with the information we give to our stakeholders.

I have learned about disclosures and representations.  In disclosures the institutions have to publish factual statements. All the staff must know the catalog. In admissions students must know rates of graduation and placement. 

I have learned that the US Department of Education, Institutional Accreditators (national an regional/institutional and programmatic) and State government boards and agencies, form the TRIAD.
