There are three core conditions necessary for development of strong working alliances.

Genuineness,Accurate Empathy, Unconditional positive Regard .

Having more one teaching method allows for ability to keep the students interested and engage learning to help the focus . I really try to keep the delivery method in mixed for fun and making learning rememberable .

While talking to my students throughout the class time it’s easy to forget somethings I need to cover  in the class.By having a checklist  that will help me to make sure that I have covered everything possible and that will keep me from feeling like I’m not doing well in the role.

What do you do when you make a mistake in front of you students are didn’t know the answer to a question that someone ask about the subject matter?

Staying up on the most relevant trends, people ,supplies and knowing how to function the tools the you are equipped with will help build  you students confidence and respect for you as their leader/ instructor. Also knowing that everyone from time to time make mistakes and be ok with it to let your students know you are human too. Stay professional at all cost.

Instructions need to be competent in three major areas .

1. technical having the knowledge of the subject matter and the skills involved in its application.
2. professional competence to enhance your knowledge of resources that are available to you 
3. personal competence is the ability to project one’s personality into the instructional settings to bring about maximum learning opportunities.                                                               As an educator I intend to use these competences regularly in the classroom setting.

How far is too far when it comes down to student social relationships?

Modeling positive behavior, attitude and actions will keep the students excited about training to enter the field. When you are willing to share information ,your professional skill with your students they will see you as a module a person in the field.

When a student is irate how would that be handled in the classroom?

It is very important to keep Your Focus on the Students because students become bored very quickly if there is no variety or change in  the course.Adults attention span is 10 to 15 minutes long.Make sure to have variety and surprises within the lesson/presentation .
