I am Anesha Pittman, HS Coordinator at MMC in Raleigh. I have a BA degree in Communications Studies and a Masters Degree in Education. I am fascinated by creating and implementing policies that help to make institutions perform with integrity. My experiences as a K-12 grade Principal as well as my current position at MMC have helped me to be very cognitive of standards that exist on both state and national levels; while these standards can sometimes seem bothersome, they definitely help us to know how to govern ourselves accordingly when conducting business.

Effective Training

I would have to say that this was a very thorough training on compliance and ethics. It is very important now that we incorporate what we have learned in our corporate culture. Though I am careful with how I handle people in the admissions process, the training helped me to see a more in-depth glimpse of what challenges we have to overcome as well as how to uphold the integrity of the institution better. I'm excited to be armed with knowledge that I can apply everyday.
