Hello! My name is Amy. A little bit about me...I have been a registered nurse for 16+ years and an educator in the healthcare profession for the last 8 years. I have taught in the classroom as well as online for several different colleges. Helping others is something that I have known I wanted to be a part of for as long as I can remember. I am extremely proud of my nursing career and feel so fortunate that I was able to have a career that I loved so passionately. I honestly did not expect to feel that way about any other career. Yet to my surprise, I did find something in which I am extremely honored to be a part of...education!!! I now help others who, like myself many years ago, are both excited and nervous as they begin their journey towards a career and a brighter future. Once again, I feel extremely fortunate to love and feel so passionate about what I do. And how could I not?? As a healthcare educator, I get to be a part of an amazing experience!! I get to help students achieve their dreams...and that is pretty incredible!!
