I like the information on how to handle negative feedback. there are times when some administrators use words or show actions that make the situations that happen at work appear to be totally you. Ilike the information that you must separate yourself from the critisim and deal with the issue at hand. Love it! You are not the mistake!!!
I plan to utilize the email method for former students to send me information about how they are doing and sending a small prize to those that kekep in touch and udate me.
I have learned that being a life long learner is very important. It will stretch me to be able to meet all the needs of every individual student.
I Plan to implemt the visual with the mind maps for my visual learners. I play music alreader fr my Rapper students. I really like that idea.
I like the idea of asking a question and have the students text me the correct answer and getting points. I think this will help engage the students that are afraid to answer for fear of being wrong.
