Leadership is not about authority. It's about influence, vision, and connection. How do you approach delegation when team members have different working styles?
I feel confident in assigning responsibilities, understanding the strengths of my team members, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The training has provided me with practical tools and strategies that I can immediately apply in my workplace, and I am excited to see the positive impact it will have on our overall productivity and success.
After, I reviewed the course section on "Barriers to Addressing Conflict & Recommended Responses" I felt empowered to set aside barriers such as "fear" that have prevented me from focusing on the positive outcomes of addressing a dispute.
