After taking this course I will definitely be implementing some of the knowledge that I gained. Most of our students have a Kinesthetic learning style which greatly improves their success in our program as well as when they are introduced into the workforce. The biggest challenge that I&nbsp;face is having a student that isn't strong in any of the three learning styles discussed throughout this course.&nbsp;As mentioned early having our curriculum based on so much shop or lab time it becomes&nbsp;very difficult for the student to learn and in return end up falling behind. As&nbsp;an instructor I need to continue to find possible teaching avenues that support the shop curriculum so that these particular students obtain&nbsp;the same amount of skill as everybody else once completed.&nbsp;</p>]]></metadata>

After taking this course I will definitely be implementing some of the knowledge that I gained. Most of our students have a Kinesthetic learning style which greatly improves their success in our program as well as when they are introduced into the workforce. The biggest challenge that I&nbsp;face is having a student that isn't strong in any of the three learning styles discussed throughout this course.&nbsp;As mentioned early having our curriculum based on so much shop or lab time it becomes&nbsp;very difficult for the student to learn and in return end up falling behind. As&nbsp;an instructor I need to continue to find possible teaching avenues that support the shop curriculum so that these particular students obtain&nbsp;the same amount of skill as everybody else once completed.&nbsp;</p>]]></metadata>
