KSAs and MAPPs are the key acronyms for documentation in this section.  I was drawn to the guidance to write, holding a state of ignorance by the reader, and allowing that notion to drive the way that writing is set to be executed. 

Great information!  The key takeaway from this section was that we must never compromise data integrity, and all are responsible for remaining communicative with other stakeholders in order to unveil new ideas and processes that stand to be of great value to the entire department.

This module emphasizes the importance of analytics and the need to identify data relevant to the institution's reputation and its accreditation. Following an examination of the various benefits and challenges associated with these processes, I believe that the implementation of a tech platform that integrates the use of surverys, partner source/employment codes, and exit interviews to capture accurate data.

Gainful employment and university education. go hand in hand.  The data presented in this module still holds relevance to this day, as many people still equate a higher degree of knowledge with more opportunities for work that yield higher compensation.  The emphasis on reporting not only holds weight in our professional roles but equally holds common sense in our pursuits and desires to make more informed decisions.  Like the gentleman presented in the video, in that knowledge is wealth, and that knowledge aids our proper decisions surrounding educational investments.
