when creating a test format for a class you should know what it is you are trying to measure. make sure its constructed fair, accurate, and allows students to demonstrate their knowledge

group assessment are a good measuring stick of how students can work together & are comprehending the content during the class lesson

asking students questions unconsciously engages them into the class discussion. asking questions in different ways open opportunity for different answers in way students wouldn't understand before

what i took away is not every student takes information the same way. some may be written leaners other maybe visually. using different types of teaching style can help students comprehend things better in away that is more clear for them.

budgeting time for questions is just as helpful as cutting lectures down to 10 - 15 minutes lengths. it helps keep the attention of students more engaged

sharing information and personal experience in the field can help establish your position as the classroom leader. You cab share real life scenarios they may run into one day down the road

What I've learned is having a well developed syllabus gives students a guide of the course and may answer questions students have. A clear to help understand expectations and outcomes of the course.

I've learned that proper setup and preparations are key to the flow of class. In more ways than one instructors are the example to students on how to professionally carry themselves out in the workforce. Students are a reflection of the instructor
