How are students assured that agents are working in the students’ best interest, rather than sending them to institutions paying the highest commission rates? If commission rates should be made public, whose responsibility should it be to publish them: the agent or the educator? Ethically, should commission rates be standardised? Are there any dangers involved in publishing commission rates?

I often reach out to all different types of institutions, such as community colleges, language centers, high schools and organizations, both online and at events.
Keep an open mind, talk openly about what your goals are and dont assume that you know more than your audience. I am always surprised at how much current enrollments can teach me about reaching out to their fromer schools, and what events I should appear at.
