I am a dental assisting instructor, I have been in dentistry for 30 years and I am just starting as an instructor in a technical college, I enjoy hands on training but am still struggling with the classroom lecture and making it interesting and also getting all the information covered for the students for their exams. 

The courses are helping giving me different ideas and seeing that some of the struggles I'm having are not something new that everyone has the same struggles as a instructor.
