I learned how important each section of the lesson plan is. How documenting it will reduce stress for the next time.

General time management and how to manage class time.

I learned how extrinsic motivators can have a blowback effect if overused. 

I learned new ways to implement autonomy into test taking, and evaluation. 

I didn't realize so much was known about psychological security in the older ages. What a great concept to learn about. 

I learned that practical exercises are most relatable to this demographic. 

I learned a few new styles of delivery for course content. The idea of rotation was helpful as well. Also, the fact that all students learn differently reminds me to study the students and identify how they learn best. 

I learned a few was to break the ice and learn students preferred names. The note cards can play several roles and can become interactive if used properly. 

I appreciate the insight on how students view the syllabus. I intend to fall back on this learning when it's time for a syllabus to be created for my classes. 

I have been given options for making personal and professional growth possible. i look forward to continuing education and competency.
