<title><![CDATA[Patrick Kennedy]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://thelounge.maxknowledge.com/pg/file/622patken/read/15619/patrick-kennedy">Patrick, Kennedy</a> Retired city of Milwaukee violent crimes/homicide detective. I was the lead investigator in the Jeffrey Dahmer investigation and attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where I received both my Masters and PhD. in Urban Education. My main focus of research is in police training and education.</p>
