	<div class="river_content_display"><p>I have found this coarse very interesting. I didn't realize that when i asked my students "is there any questions", that I was putting them on the spot. I have changed my tactics. The way my students are paticapating has already changed. I ask a lot of closed questions, then make them open questions by asking why, how, etc. I am now making up different tests to include more and  better open ouestions . For example: Explain how a canned cycle works and why we use them instead of direct programing? 	<div class="river_content_display">The problem I'm haveing is: That if they pass the ability to benifit test, and have a hard time with it, I am not able to teach a slow student in the six weeks advanced modual i teach. which leaves them in the dust. thus causing academic erosion and academic stagnation stress.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

Am i wrong to think that way, If we make sure students are more capable to do the work we will have a higher retention rate? I say this because I think the entry tests that are given are way to easy.</div>					<!-- </p> -->
