I managed several CompTIA certifications, including A+, Network+, IT Fundamentals+, Project+, and CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer+). As part of my work with CTT+, I helped develop and build the online live training certification, giving me firsthand experience with delivering and assessing effective virtual instruction.

Today, I work as a Workforce Development Consultant, helping educational organizations design IT programs that connect technical skills, certifications, hands-on learning, and career readiness.

I created the IT Support Specialist program for NLU and this course on live online teaching to share the practical strategies I have learned from working with instructors, developing online programs, building assessments, and preparing learners for successful IT careers.
