As a new instructor i like to see what my students opinions may be. I had a student inform me that i was jumping all over the place and she couldnt follow along. I agree that i do jump sometimes but that is to show them more different places to find the information. This same student is one of my biggest talkers. While im lecturing she is steadly talking to person next to her. When she gave her opinion i just smiled and said ok ill make sure to fix that. I wasnt sure what to say. I was angry at her because she cant follow me due to her constant talking. How should I have reacted or what should I have said?
