This course was well written, being new to teaching online I have come across some challenges or should Isay obstacles.  Some of the obstacles they mentioned in the course such as students not being motivated or the shy ones not wanting to participate, because they were just afraid of what they wrote would be wrong. so I kept asking myself day after day what can I do to make this work. After taking this course alot of the information that was written I took it and applied it to the way i have been teaching my courses, within the first couple of weeks i have noticed more participation, and the shy ones that were afraid of opening up really being open now. 

Again great course, great information, worth the time it took to get through it all.
