I have beeen teaching in the career collages for over 6 years. A Lot of the information in this course was not new information to me. As I was going thru, I started to do a self-assesment and I have forgotten the importance of all  the different ways for the delivery of content. I teach some of the same classes over and over again and I think that I have started to gear the flow of the classes to my needs instead of all of the students. I have on occasion come accross a student that is having a hard time grasping an idea when everyone else has gotten it. Thank you for reminding me the different ways to try for each student. I will go thru my lesson plans to ensure that it is geared to all student.
