I really enjoyed this class becuase it helped me realize what type of instructor I am. I am a cross between a buddy and a guide; it depends on the class. I really notice in the classes where my buddy persona takes charge if it is not what this class needs. It is difficult to change midterm. It is a lot easier to start of strict and realease the hold a bit than to go the other way.

Also, I will admitt that I am not a very confrontational person, so I tend to let some "bad behaviors" slide when I know I should not. I will assert myself more often!
